Clause one, enacting formula, preamble and title of the Bill. - Clause one, the enacting formula, the preamble, if any, and the title of a Bill shall, stand postponed until the other clauses and schedules (inculding new clauses and new schedules) have been disposed of and the Speaker shall then put the question: "That clause one or the enacting formula or the preamble or the title (or, as the case may be, that clause one, preamble or title as amended) do stand part of the Bill."
