155. Mode of moving amendments. - When a motion that a Bill be taken into consideration has been carried any member when called upon by the Speaker may move an amendment to the Bill of which he has previously given notice :

Provided that in order to save time and repetition of arguments, a single discussion may be allowed to cover a series of interdependent amendments.
