Select Committee may sit whilst the Assembly is sitting. - A select committee may sit whilst the Assembly is sitting; provided that on a division being called in the Assembly, the Chairperson of the Committee shall suspend the proceedings in the Committee for such time as will in his opinion enable members to vote in the division
