CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI STOREYED BUILDING

161. DR. SHIV SHANKAR BHARDWAJ, M.L.A. : Will the Urban Local Bodies Minister be pleased to state:

a) whether it is a fact that a multi storeyed building Raghu Hyundai has been constructed on the Rohtak road in Bhiwani contrary to the rules with the connivance of the officers;

b) whether the abovesaid building falls within the limit of Municipal council and whether its plan was passed before the construction of building and if the said building is out of the limit of the Municipal council, whether its CLU or permission was obtained from the Town and Country Planning Deptt; and

c) the action taken against the officers with whose connivance the said illegal construction has been made?
