159. DR. SHIV SHANKAR BHARDWAJ, M.L.A. : Will the Chief Minister be pleased to state

a) whether it is a fact that a T.V. Channel named Bhiwani Halchal is functioning in Bhiwani contrary to the rules; and

b) if so, the names of the officers with whose connivance the said illegal channel is functioning togetherwith the action taken against the delinquent officers and whether the channel has been stopped or it is still functioning?
