CONSTRUCTION OF ELDERS-DAY-CARE CENTER

158.     DR. SHIV SHANKAR BHARDWAJ, M.L.A. : Will the Social Justice and Empowerment Minister be pleased to state whether it is a fact that an Elders- Day Care Center is to be constructed in Bhiwani;  If so, the time by which its construction work will be completed togetherwith the time by which the abovesaid center will start functioning?
