KARAN SINGH DALAL, M.L.A. : Will the Agriculture Minister be pleased to state the yearwise production of cotton (American and Desi) in the state since 2004-05 till date togetherwith the yearwise receipt of market fee and cess levied on cotton in the State during this period alongwith the rates at which market fee & cess are charged?
