155. SH. ISHWAR SINGH, M.L.A. : Will the P.W.D. (B&R) Minister be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Govt. to construct a road from Palaka to Mansurpur; if so, the time by which the work is likely to be started thereon?
