MONITORING OF PRIVATE NURSING HOMES

*1227. SH. TEJENDRA PAL SINGH MANN, M.L.A. : Will the Health Minister be pleased to state:-

a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to monitor the private nursing homes, as has been done in Punjab through an act; and

b) the steps taken by the Government to provide safety to private nursing homes against unlawful elements?
