PROMOTING OF EDUCATION

SHAMSHER SINGH SURJEWALA, M.L.A. : Will the Education Minister be pleased to state whether Kaithal district is one of the most backward in the field of education, particularly female education; if so, whether it is also a fact that there are no Government Girls Senior Secondary Schools in most of the large villages; if so, the steps taken by the Government to promote female education and for making this area among first rate districts of Haryana togetherwith the number of schools opened/upgraded in the Kaithal Assembly Constituency after the formation of present Government?
