UN-REGULARIZED COLONIES AT KARNAL

SUMITA SINGH, M.L.A. : Will the Urban Local Bodies Minister be pleased to state the number of such un-regularized colonies contiguous to National Highway and HUDA in Karnal where the facilities of drinking water, electricity, sewerage, roads and drains etc. have been completed togetherwith the reasons for which these colonies have not been regularized?
