RULES ENACTED FOR PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION

*1050. SH. KARAN SINGH DALAL, M.L.A. : Will the Chief Minister be pleased to state :-

a) whether the State Government has enacted any special laws for Prevention of corruption among Public Servants under the purview of the State Government in State so far; if so, the details thereof togetherwith. The date of application and notification of said Rules;

b) whether the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 passed by Parliament has been adopted for the purpose as mentioned above; and

c) the number of cases registered under the provision of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 in the State?
