NARESH YADAV, M.L.A. : Will the Agriculture Minister be pleased to state the time by which the construction work will be started on the 23 roads of Rewari and Mahendergarh districts connecting Rajasthan Border announcement for which was made by the Hon’ble Chief Minister on 17^th February, 2008 in Ateli constituency togetherwith the reasons due to which the construction work has not been started so far alongwith the full details thereof?
