*1195. SMT. SUMITA SINGH, M.L.A. : Will the Health Minister be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Blood Component separator instrument purchased in the year 2002 with the cost of Rs. 25 lac for Government Hospital, Karnal has not been made functional so far; if so, the reasons thereof?
